DMCA Policy

DMCA Takedown and Counter-Notice Guidelines In response to a valid DMCA takedown request, we will remove the content in question as required by copyright law. For fairness, we may disclose the details of the DMCA notice, including the complainant’s contact information, to the alleged infringer. If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you have the right to submit a counter-notice. This counter-notice should include: Identification of the content that was removed and where it was located previously. Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. A sworn statement, under penalty of perjury, confirming your belief that the removal was an error. A declaration consenting to legal actions and accepting legal document delivery. Your signature, either physical or electronic. Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the complainant takes legal action.
