At Pulse Fitness, we strive for 100% satisfaction with all of our services. If you are unhappy with your membership or any service, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We offer a full refund for memberships if cancellation is requested before the first training session. For any personalized services, such as training or wellness consultations, we will work with you to ensure you're satisfied, but refunds may be provided on a case-by-case basis.
